Equality and Diversity Online Training

It is an SRA requirement, and also a civil and criminal legal aid contract requirement, that firms have effective equality and diversity policies in place. Those policies should provide for the training of all individuals within the firm. This essential online course will (a) deliver an effective E+D strategy for your firm, and (b) deliver key training. What is the contract requirement?

The crime and civil contract states that: "...[you must] have and implement an equality and diversity training plan for your personnel."
